The water quality is kind of bad because, the water that is bad is also flowing from Florida to the gulf of Mexico creating bad water. They get that water to use, and farm with it.

what is going int the water. what are the people throwing into the water that polluted it. and not all the water from Florida that goes to the gulf of Mexico. and some Mexico's pollution is also going to the gulf and polluting it.
